Scrum Kanban

Nobody likes estimation and long planning meetings. Nowadays we use Kanban as a base for our development process.

Scala

Scala.init

At this point we started using Scala. Our tech stack evolves organically as our teams have the freedom to choose the best tech out there. Nowadays, all teams use Scala and it’s the most used programming language in our tech stack.

Maker days

Our first Hackathon, namely Maker Days, kicked off. It was quite a success and some awesome projects was developed. Check it out!

Office relocation

SpeedLedger moves the office to center of Göteborg. Spannmålsgatan 19, 411 05 Göteborg. Check out our Instagram, usually the feed contains photos from the office.

Docker in production

We started using Docker containers for all our services in production after trying it out on smaller services. Today we are running a clustered environment based on Docker Swarm, providing us container scheduling and a Docker native multi-host setup.

New front-end tech stack

Having an awesome Design team wanting to build a delightful customer experience and developers aching for a better developer experience, motivates us to switch tech stack on our front-ends. After using Angular on some parts and trying out React we settled on React/Redux.
